Head of International Property

Head of International Property is a new role, created to aid the development of our international property business.

Job Purpose

A full time, varied role the successful applicant will be required to work in the UK and occasionally overseas as an ambassador of the Currell Residential and Currell New Homes brands. The purpose of the role is to plan and execute a coherent marketing & sales strategy for the sale of London property in China and Far East, and the consequential letting & management thereof.

Key responsibilities

  • Working with company directors to formulate strategy for IP business development
  • Maintain and develop existing and new clients through agreed marketing initiatives
  • Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets
  • Organise and attend overseas exhibitions: including all follow up activity
  • Maintain and develop computerised database of prospective clients
  • Attend and present at external client meetings
  • Plan and implement strategy for secondary new homes market and one-to-one sales
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries
  • Liaise with lettings and management to ensure smooth transition of lettings business

Essential requirements

  • Fluent speaker of Mandarin, Cantonese & English
  • Prior experience of London/Far East property sales and procedures
  • Prior experience of London/Far East property lettings and management procedures
  • A track record of exceptional achievement and the highest levels of customer service

OTE of £45,000. Basic salary of £25,000 plus office and personal commission.
