Sales Negotiator, Shared Ownership

Salary: £25k and OTE bonus of 3k

Location: The office is based in Islington but travel around London and the South East will be required

Job Type: Permanent full-time position, Monday to Saturday with 1 day off in the week

To start ASAP on a permanent, Full-Time basis.

Currell launched our Shared Ownership team in 2013 and has seen a rapid growth, offering a range of affordable accommodation options to help our customers take the first step onto the property ladder working with housing association partners. Our team will take customers through every step of the process from assessing the eligibility and affordability, arranging viewings, liaising with solicitors and financial advisors to see customers every step of the way to completion.

We work very much as a team who support one another, it’s not just about the sale it’s about making the customer journey as smooth as possible.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator:

  • Sales and marketing of shared ownership programme to ensure all homes are sold within agreed timescales
  • Set up for launch events and viewings
  • Weekly sales reporting – work with Sales Progressor, buyers, solicitors and financial advisers to ensure sales are exchanged and completed within agreed deadlines
  • Producing competitor and market analysis reports
  • End of scheme reporting
  • Registration of new applicants, follow up all leads and emails, daily outbound calling 
  • Arranging and conducting viewings; effective diary management
  • Qualifying and prioritising applicants in line with shared ownership guidelines
  • Working closely with the Marketing Team to share knowledge in relation to scheme brochures, launches and advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy and quality of information
  • Promoting the Currell brand
  • Provide clients with audit compliant files

Sales Negotiator skills will include;

  • Previous Sales Negotiator experience is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal Skills
  • Customer Focused
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and cope with changing priorities
  • Friendly and a Team Player
  • Computer Literate
  • A full clean UK driving licence
