Local Knowledge

We have grown from 3 staff in one office to over 50 staff across six sites, but we still see ourselves very much as a 'local' agent. Our offices across North, East and East Central London were not opened within close proximity to each other by accident, they form an arc around one of the most important areas in the world.

The City, and increasingly Canary Wharf, is not only a hub for London, but a hub for the UK and also globally. London's status as one of the leading centres in the global economy ensures a free flow of people in and out; a free flow of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.

We could have told you about the delights of the antiques' stalls in Islington's Camden Passage many years ago, but who else would have identified that Broadway Market, London Fields and Victoria Park village as future 'centres' in east London?

As with any business though, we're only as good as our staff. So it's by no means a coincidence that our exceptional local knowledge is due to the fact that the majority of our staff live, or have lived within the areas which we cover.
