We have grown from 3 staff in one office to over 70 staff across seven sites, but we still see ourselves very much as a 'local' agent. Our offices are located across North, East, East Central and South West London.
Our North and East offices were not opened within close proximity to each other by accident; they form an arc around one of the most important areas in the world. The City, and increasingly Canary Wharf, is not only a hub for London, but a hub for the UK and also globally. London's status as one of the leading centres in the global economy ensures a free flow of people in and out; a free flow of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
We could have told you about the delights of the antiques' stalls in Islington's Camden Passage many years ago, but who else would have identified that Broadway Market, London Fields and Victoria Park village as future 'centres' in east London?
Our newly opened South West London office has opened to coincide with one of the largest regenerations to take place in London’s history. Investment, residential and commercial, is flooding into the area around Battersea power station. This will dramatically change the residential landscape south of the river and we have moved south to be a part of this.
As with any business though, we're only as good as our staff. So it is by no means a coincidence that our exceptional local knowledge is due to the fact that the majority of our staff live, or have lived within the areas which we cover.
