All of our offices are located in the 'hub' of the area which they represent, but a well-located office is just a small part of the equation in making our business visible to the world at large.
At the end of 2010 we took the decision to implement a more 'retail' look to our office windows; a look we believe is both appealing and eye-catching. Our modular window display allows us to show multiple pictures of properties and is also entirely flexible, running against the typical estate agent grain of a 'static' display, but without resorting to the oft-employed token TV display. In tandem with our display system we also use vinyl graphics on all our shopfronts. From December 2010 to date we have been running through the 'seasons', with winter, spring, summer and autumn represented by iconic, simple designs.
We were also one of the very first estate agencies to extensively use QR codes. A QR code is form of bar code which can be 'scanned' by a smartphone with the corresponding app. We use QRs on each of our properties within our window displays, on our 'For Sale' and 'To Let' boards, and also within our print advertising in publications such as Angel magazine and Property Mart. The use of QRs enables potential viewers to access the full details of your property on our website.
This summer we also came up with the novel idea of sending 1000's of packets of flower seeds around our area. Branded in Currell blue and pink and utilising our summer window display imagery the seeds arrived in time to be planted for a late summer 'bloom'.
We also market ourselves in more traditional ways too, be that through sponsorship of local and national charities, branded key fobs and umbrellas, or the website you are reading from now!
