With excellent transport connections, good quality Victorian housing stock and an abundance of green space, the N4 area (probably most well known for its eponymous park) has much to offer.

Victorian properties dominate this increasingly popular residential district, whether in their original state or sub-divided in to flats. Lining pleasant, leafy streets, these properties appeal to a growing numbers of young professionals and families looking for an affordable North London home that has easy access to the workplace and rest of the city.

Finsbury Park accommodates quiet nooks and hives of activity alike. Plentiful shops, independent restaurants and late-opening delis line the streets of Blackstock Road, Stroud Green Road and Green Lanes, whilst the length of Fonthill Road teems with quirky fashion outfitters. The 112-acres of Finsbury Park offer a quite retreat from the city, with a lake, formal gardens and all kinds of sports facilities; for something louder, in the summer the park often hosts a variety of outdoor festivals and concerts.
