Quebec Wharf

Managed by Currell Block Management, Quebec Wharf is a canal side Grade II listed warehouse conversion built in 1878 whose original use was as a horse foraging warehouse for the North Metropolitan Tramways Company, then later as a spice store. It is now a mixed use conversion providing studios and 20 live-work apartments. This stunning block is set back from Kingsland Road and overlooks the Kingsland Basin in the popular area of Dalston. The scheme won an Evening Standard Hot Property Style Award in 2004 for its ‘respectful and innovative’ conversion and ‘stunning design’. Quebec Wharf benefits from being close to the City, Shoreditch High Street and Old Street Roundabout. To find out more about Currell's block management services please contact us
